We do accept exchanges as well as returns for refunds on all full-priced items.

If you wish to exchange or return your Davaar & Co item it must be in it's original packaging, unwashed and with tags attached.  

 

EXCHANGING AN ORDER

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ORDER?

The customer is required to pay for the return shipping of the item back to us
aswell as the shipping of the new item back to the customer.
See below for instructions on how to do about this. 

  1. Please email orders@davaarwool.co.nz within 14 days of purchasing your Davaar & Co item and tell us the reason for your exchange. Usually the reason for an exchange would be to change the size and sometimes the style of the item. 

  2. Head to your nearest post shop, package up your item along with your proof of purchase and please also purchase a return shipping label to pop in with your item you are exchanging that we will use to send your new item back to you. Please also ensure your item you are sending to us is tracked. 

  3. After we have received the exchanged item, we will assess that it is in the same condition as when we sent it and will be in touch on the outcome of your exchange. 


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Please email orders@davaarwool.co.nz within 14 days of purchasing your Davaar & Co item and tell us your reason for return.

  4. After we have received the returned item we will assess that it is in the same condition as when we sent it and will be in touch on the outcome of your refund. 

HOW LONG HAVE I GOT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEM?

From when you receive the item, you have 14 days to send it back to us. 

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Yes, the customer is entitled to pay the return and tracked postage back to us aswell as the postage of the new item that we will send back to the customer. (See above under the exchange instructions on how to do this - if unsure please ask the assistant at your post shop).
