Delivery & Shipping

New Zealand Orders

• All domestic orders are sent via NZ Post.
• $10 standard shipping for all orders.
• We will process your order within 24 hours of your order confirmation. 
• You will receive an email with a tracking number for you to track your item once we have shipped it. 
• Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

International Orders (Australia, USA, Canada, UK & Europe)

• International shipping rates are visible in checkout after adding your specified delivery address. 
• You can decide which shipping option you wish. 
• If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us within 5 days so we can assist you.
• Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees may be applied during custom clearance and these are not included in the product price. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to see if there are any extra costs. Any incurred costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
